She got us out to see properties quickly, and helped us think through whether the property was right for us. She structured our offer to ensure we got the property we wanted (beating out other offers) and advised us about what we should list as contingencies. Once our offer was accepted she took care of scheduling inspections (Nick was great) and made the process move smoothly. We can honestly say that we would have been overwhelmed with all of the things to do before closing without Charlotte! She worked evenings and weekends, always responding quickly to make sure we felt comfortable and got everything done. She is fantastic!
