We had an amazing experience working with Charlotte Durham. Charlotte worked with us for several months, until we found the perfect place to call home. She is detail oriented, quick to respond, and friendly. She also has a lot of great connections, and was able to introduce us to everything from contractors to lenders. We probably would have given up if it wasn’t for all of Charlotte’s help. We would highly recommend working with Charlotte, and we wouldn’t have done it any other way!
